WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to fill a new Wireless Customer Service Consultant position immediately. Candidates must be passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service. Supreme communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for success in this opportunity.

NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
We provide comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training to ensure every team member becomes a wireless expert. Our standards are high because we want every consultant to master product and client knowledge in the wireless industry.

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate potential and existing customers on wireless solutions, increasing brand awareness and client engagement

  • Network and seek opportunities for in-person consultations and referrals to promote wireless services in the local area

  • Provide impeccable customer service during every client interaction

  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Become a wireless industry expert with in-depth product knowledge

This is a client-facing role requiring adaptability and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment to succeed.
