Key Responsibilities As A Wireless Customer Service Team Member:

  • Interact and greet potential customers in person, introduce wireless solutions to educate customers, meet their individual needs, and assist in service enrollment as needed

  • Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, including personal and team goals

  • Demonstrate a desire for ongoing learning and actively pursue opportunities to increase individual and team performance

  • Complete service sign-ups quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards

  • Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Use available tools and resources to stay current on wireless products and services and help execute profitable growth

Key Requirements As A Wireless Customer Service Team Member:

  • Proven success in customer service or wireless sales for 1-2 years

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

  • Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality

  • Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills

  • Ability to capture people’s attention and engage them effectively

  • Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and uncompromising integrity

  • Strong customer service orientation
