Key Responsibilities As A Wireless Customer Service Team Member:
Interact and greet potential customers in person, introduce wireless solutions to educate customers, meet their individual needs, and assist in service enrollment as needed
Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, including personal and team goals
Demonstrate a desire for ongoing learning and actively pursue opportunities to increase individual and team performance
Complete service sign-ups quickly and accurately while maintaining confidentiality standards
Create, foster, and grow relationships with clients by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Use available tools and resources to stay current on wireless products and services and help execute profitable growth
Key Requirements As A Wireless Customer Service Team Member:
Proven success in customer service or wireless sales for 1-2 years
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Outgoing, friendly, driven, and energetic personality
Excellent face-to-face relationship-building skills
Ability to capture people’s attention and engage them effectively
Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and uncompromising integrity
Strong customer service orientation
