AT&T Sales Associate
Sapphire Marketing is expanding our Sales Division and looking for the best and brightest talent in the Houston area to support our growing partnership with AT&T. Our team provides high-quality brand experiences for AT&T through face-to-face interactions and consultative sales methods—no retail or storefront involved.
NO SALES EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
Training for the AT&T Sales Associate role is provided both on-the-job and in a classroom setting. This is a high-growth position, and our goal is to promote top performers into leadership roles within 6–8 months as we continue expanding our wireless campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AT&T SALES ASSOCIATE:
Engage directly with customers in person to educate them on AT&T’s wireless products and services
Focus sales efforts by understanding customer needs and following up on campaign progress
Maintain existing accounts and secure new customers through in-person interactions
Recommend the best wireless solutions based on individual customer needs
Adapt sales presentations to align with local market trends and territory demands
Keep management updated through regular reports on performance, customer feedback, and territory insights
Stay current on AT&T pricing, promotions, and product developments
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, finding effective resolutions
Continuously develop skills through training workshops, peer coaching, and team meetings
Collaborate with team members to exceed sales goals and campaign expectations
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE AT&T SALES ASSOCIATE:
Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing sales or service role preferred
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Natural problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Prior leadership experience is a plus and highly valued
